Beriun (در فارسی: بریان - در زبان اصفهانی: بریونی) is a the native food of people of Isfahan. It some kine of kebab. the meat that use for Beriun is from the environs of ribcage of mutton. The meat will be kebabed with special spices and tiny piece of pistachio on the very big paten witch is placed on the fire. (righ side of the paten) Also there are some lung kebab (witch is very tasty unlike it's name) beside the main kebab. (bottom side of paten) If you one day want to come to Isfahan, Don't Miss Beriun. It would be one the most delicious food you ever can have!!!
